The program is simple.
Refer us to a New Customer and when they place their
Dutch door order with us, you will earn the following:
Level 1 (1st customer) $50
Level 2 (2nd customer) $75
Level 3 (3rd customer) $75
Level 4 (4th customer) $125
All payments will be issued in the form of a Visa Gift Card
After reaching Level 4, all referrals will pay $125.00.
There is a minimum order of $1,500.00 required for all
levels.
To refer a friend, relative, or neighbor just simply fill out
the referral form. Once your referral makes the
purchase, you will be mailed your gift card.
