Ordering Process
Ordering a Dutch door from us is easy. Browse through our different styles and
choose which style and price is right for you. Then click on order form and fill out
the necessary information. We will get right back to you via email or phone
(whichever you prefer) with your specific shipping costs. From there, you may
send us a check by mail, or give us your credit card over the phone. (We do not
process orders online yet, but we will soon.)

Besides manufacturing a beautiful product, shipping your Dutch door safely is our
top priority. We carefully package your product to protect it from damage or glass
breakage. Your Dutch door is shipped directly to your residence or place of
business, or to the closest ABF terminal to you. When your door arrives, inspect
for any damage. You may decline a product if it is damaged, and the product will
be returned to us. If you immediately notice damage after you have accepted the
door, keep all packaging and notify customer service of the issue.

change in climate. Dutch Door Store may postpone replacement of the product for
up to one (1) year to allow the door to acclimate to the temperature and humidity of
the local area.
There is no warranty on the paint/stain of the product.
Installation: Dutch Door Store is not responsible for any damage or leakage
associated with the installation of the product.
Hardware: There is no guarantee on the finish of the hardware.
Doors are made according to your measurements. Therefore, product cannot be
returned if it does not fit.
